Refund Policy

💳1. Refund Eligibility & Processing

Once your returned item is delivered to our facility and inspected, your refund process will begin in accordance with this policy.

• Approval & Issuance: Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
• Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (PayPal).
• Email Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been approved and released.
• Bank Processing Time: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Important Notes: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return results from an error on our part. Refunds can only be processed for eligible items returned in compliance with our Return Policy.

⏳2. Order Cancellations

We understand that plans can change — and we aim to accommodate your request whenever possible.

• Free Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase at no cost, provided the order has not entered the fulfillment or shipping process.
• How to Cancel: To cancel, please contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible via Email or our Contact Page.
• After 12 Hours: If your order has entered processing or has already shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, please wait for delivery and follow our Return Policy.

⚠️3. Refund Exceptions & Special Conditions

To maintain fairness, transparency, and product integrity, the following conditions apply:

• Unapproved Returns: Items returned without a valid Return Authorization (RA) number will not be accepted or refunded.
• Non-Refundable Items: Personalized items, final sale products, and hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., undergarments) once opened are non-refundable.
• Condition Requirements: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Refunds may be denied if the product shows signs of wear.

Note: Processing time excludes additional delays from your financial institution.

📦5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 30 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and issue either a replacement or full refund, including all shipping charges. Please do not return any items without prior authorization.

🔁6. Exchange Requests

Exchanges are available for the same product in a different size or color, subject to stock availability. If an exchange cannot be completed due to stock limitations, a refund will be processed instead.
